Marshall Hughes - 500px

Not only am I writer of crime fiction, I also have a keen interest in photography. I class myself as an "amateur" BUT I am learning - fast. To add depth to my writing, I have a series of photographs and art related to each chapter of the first book in the trilogy (Out Of The Dark) to complement the setting/context/characters. I have achieved this, not only through my own effort, but also from co-creation with other Scottish photographers and artists. As a result, I have set up my own photography platform on 500px. Please feel free to have a look at some of the book pictures and other unrelated cateogories - mainly landscape and nature. It is an inspiring paltform, indeed. For my second book in the trilogy, Into The Light, I am also acquiring some amazing photography to also complement the book chapters. This novel is due to be released in March, 2017.
